If you rely on these features for critical payment operations, please plan these activities outside the maintenance window.

We will be conducting scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, 03 June at 1:00am AEST, which may affect PayTo and Fast Payment (NPP) services. The maintenance is expected to take approximately 2 minutes, with only a short period where transaction processing may be impacted.
Impact During the Maintenance Window:
- You may experience errors or timeouts when creating virtual accounts, processing PayTo and NPP payments.
- NPP PayIns may be rejected.
- NPP Payouts will be automatically rerouted via Direct Entry.
