Impact During the Maintenance Window:

- You may experience errors or timeouts when creating virtual accounts, processing PayTo and NPP payments.
- NPP PayIns may be rejected.
- NPP Payouts will be automatically rerouted via Direct Entry.

We recommend avoiding critical payment activities involving PayTo or NPP during this time.
