During this window, customers may experience intermittent interruptions when using BPAY Payment APIs during the maintenance window. This includes:
- POST /wallet_accounts/:id/bill_payment (Pay a Bill)
- PATCH wallet_accounts/process_bpay (using CRN)
- GET and POST /bpay_accounts
If you rely on these features for critical payment operations, please plan these activities outside the maintenance window. If urgent payments are required, please schedule them outside the window or use alternate payment methods where possible.
Other Zai services are not expected to be impacted. We will provide a progress update during the maintenance and a final update once monitoring confirms full restoration.
