Update
Our upstream provider has changed the scheduled maintenance from 25th of July to 27th of June 2:00 am AEST.
New cards may not be added during this time, and transaction status updates may also be significantly delayed. This will apply for both Production and Prelive environments.
Our teams will be monitoring progress closely, and will work to minimise any issues during the maintenance window. Please reach out to Zai Support with any questions or concerns.
