Update
Our upstream provider will be performing scheduled maintenance which may cause a temporary impact to some Zai payment card services.
During this window you may be unable to add new payment cards to our system, and you may experience delays in card transaction status updates in both the Production and Pre-live environments.
The Zai team will monitor the situation following our provider’s maintenance to minimise any disruption, and we’ll be ready to respond quickly to any issues that arise.

Our upstream provider will be undertaking planned maintenance activities this week, with some impact anticipated for Zai APIs.
New cards may not be added during this time, and transaction status updates may also be significantly delayed. This will apply for both Production and Prelive environments.
