This upgrade is part of ongoing improvements to Zai’s customer support experience.

Please note that support.hellozai.com now redirects to helpdesk.hellozai.com, where you can access all Knowledge Base articles as well as our new Customer Support Portal. From here, you can create a secure login to raise, track, and manage support tickets for your organisation in one place.
- To get started, click “Login” and select “Sign up with us”.
- If you’ve previously used your email to raise or manage support requests, choose “Login” and then “Forgot your password” to complete your account setup.

We’ll share more details about this in the coming weeks.
